Following the telephone interviews, selected candidates will be asked to provide three references, two telephone references and one written reference (more information regarding the written reference will be provided during the telephone interview). They will also be invited to participate in a full day in-person interview at a Dillon office (travel will be arranged by Dillon where required). The interview will consist of both a one-on-one interview and a group interview with other candidates. Candidates will also receive presentations by senior Dillon staff and will have the opportunity to ask questions about Dillon and The President’s Crew program.

The In Person interviews for the May 2013 start date will take place on:

Following the in-person interview, successful candidates will receive an Offer of Full-Time Employment. The program begins in early May.
