The goal is to develop staff skill, knowledge and capabilities in technical and business area competencies. We offer programs such as Project Management, Client Relationship Management, Effective Report Writing and more.
We invest heavily in external technically based courses and seminars; and on-the-job training. We provide educational subsidies for staff who wish to further their educational development.
