We believe that an employee’s first introduction to a company should be more than an Employee Manual. The President’s Crew does things different!

Members of The President’s Crew will be brought together to attend a one to two week comprehensive and demanding orientation session in one of Dillon’s offices. You will learn about Dillon’s culture, clients and projects, and the day-to-day life at Dillon. As part of the orientation, you will be addressed by Partners at Dillon, learn about Dillon’s projects and be involved in team and other character building activities. Hands-on training on business procedures and project management practices will be provided

The orientation will be your platform for future success as a Dillon consultant.
